Responsibilities

Prepare for use meat, seafood and poultry items according to established specifications, production requirements and quality standards while maintaining safe, sanitary work environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

Candidates should have 1 to 2 years previous experience in a luxury, fast paced kitchen environment. ​
